Mr. Volodymyr Doroshenko - member of the Ukrainian Academy of Science (UAS) since 1994 of the Energy Department; was born on September 15, 1947 (v. Korystovka, Oleksandriya District, Kirovograd Region, Ukraine), the Ukrainian. Graduated from the Ivano-Frankivsk Institute of Oil and Gas (IFIOG), the Department of Oil and Gas Production (1965-1970), the Mining Engineer: the Doctor of Technical Science (1997), the Professor (2004), the Head of the Geology, Oil and Gas Fields Production Division of “Ukrnafta” JSC, junior and Chief Research Officer, lecturer, associate professor, professor of Oil and Gas Production Department of the Ivano-Frankivsk University of Oil and Gas IFUOG (1970-1999). Full member of the Ukrainian Oil and Gas Academy of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine, the member of the Department of Oil and Gas of the Committee of State Awards at Science and Techniques, the member of the Special Science Council of IFUOG and the Institute “Naukanaftogas” of NJSC “Naftogas Ukraine”, the member of the Editorial Board of the Ukrainian quarterly science-technical magazine “Exploration and Oil and Gas Fields Production”. The main direction of research is to increase the complete oil and gas production out of the bowels, rational usage of reservoir energy, research of unstable both temperature and pressure processes inside stratal systems, engineering of intensification and water isolated action for productive reservoirs, methods and technology of research. The author (co-author) of 135 scientific works.
